I was talking to an associate in appliances late this evening, we had been talking for a bit, when an older short haired lady who worked there came up and asked sarcastically if I was planning to stay the whole evening, she then said that I was keeping him from getting his work done, and I said that I wasn't meaning to be a disruption, I certainly don't feel I was causing one, and she then said "well that's just great" and walked off. I asked the Associate if that was a manager, he said no, she works up at customer service, and let me just say, thank God for that, because if the managers had been this rude, I would have filed a corporate complaint. She was way out of line. I was planning to purchase some appliance accessories tonight but because of this experience I am going to wait until tomorrow and take my business to lowes.
