Our claim specialist was Matt Caylor and he went above and beyond. Our family had no idea what to expect with the process of replacing our roof and he guided us step by step. We started off with a different company and they had poor communication and misdiagnosed the problem so we had a bad taste of dealing with a contractor. We were so happy when we went with Quality Exteriors.
