In my response email dated Jan 5 I asked the manager to call me when training was over and she said it would only last Jan 9-10. I just today received an email from her stating they were ready for me to call and schedule my appointment. Two weeks after the fact. Every time they rescheduled my co workers had to cover for me and I just don't want to do that to them, so I wont be back.

Long story short: I have tattoos on both of my wrists and I work at a Law office, which has a no tattoo policy. In August I started treatments and I was required to pay upfront for my services, I bought a package of buy 2 get 1 free. Every time I had an appointment scheduled they would call me and cancel and I expressed to the manager how upset I was about the rescheduling and she said it wouldn't happen anymore; then it did..Some of the legitimate excuses were: the girl that does the removal is sick, then they fired her, then they bought a new tattoo machine and needed to train.A lot of back and forth nonsense and lack of communication. So after dealing with the manager didn't work, I thought I would write an email to Dr. Paul Goco wanting him to be aware of what was going on and how I felt about it all. I sent that email on Jan 3rd. His office manager, the same lady I have been dealing with, emailed back and didn't address my concerns at all! She didn't even CC Dr. Goco on the response. She even spelt my name wrong. It all was very upsetting that I paid in advance for their services and was pushed to the back burner and the fact that they only had time for me when it was convenient for them.
