I had a great experience here! The pricing is very reasonable and even better when you bundle services. The salt cave was my favorite and extremely relaxing. Even amongst the other patrons there also. You are provided a noise cancelling headset, blanket, and heated salt pillows! There are no phones allowed in the cave but I did go snap a pic afterward from the entrance. The massage chairs in the charcoal room were awesome. My husband didnt care for the pressure on the butt and groin area
Our first experience was ruined, because one costumer with the flu coughed the entire session. Instead of relaxing my family was worry about getting sick.
Very very unprofessional, i feel bad for those that have no experience or knowledge of salt therapy. My husband told me how the salt was NOT effective as it should..to say the least, there's a lot of things to say about this company but i dont have time for that...just be careful and do your research because at the end of the day you can make your own salt room etc..and also they are gonna get away with it if people let them..what a shame...prices are high, no benefits for children..etc Shame on you...all your doing is getting that money to get implants,botox,etc. lol..lol.
My friend and I came here the other day for our first salt cave experience and we had a wonderful visit! We were greeted warmly, had the opportunity to ask questions, and were encouraged to look around and try products that interested us without pressure to purchase. We will definitely be back!
