My experience was TERRIBLE!!! The owner ,David, SEEMED nice and like a stand up guy.. I purchased a washer, dryer, and a headboard from his store on a Thursday and told him to deliver my purchased items Friday. Friday came and I didn't receive a call, text message, or voicemail so I called him. He did not answer but called back 30 minutes later. His excuse was his coworker child got sick and was rushed to the hospital. I tried to be understanding and asked him to deliver my items I ALREADY paid for the following day. Saturday came and I wasn't able to get to my house in time for the delivery because I had to take care of business in another city so I told him give me a hour and I'll be there. He said he had other things to deliver and he asked would I be home the rest of the day and that he would CALL ME. His store was closing at 8pm and I had to CALL HIM. He didn't answered and called back 30 minutes later saying I was suppose to call him. Nevertheless I was highly upset and very disappointed because he not only mentioned he does good business because he wants customers to be satisfied and come back to shop and again but the overall experience displayed otherwise. I asked for my money back and promptly and defensively he responded stating "you're not getting it". I said I will sue you and he said"go ahead" in a very dramatic disturbing way. With that being said he delivered my items Sunday without any notifications and left them on my porch in my complex. I will NEVER do business or referr anyone to this man. May I add he delivered my appliances dirty. This experience did not live up to "EVERYTHING"! Better business bureau will be hearing about this matter definitely!
