Very helpful and gave serious discounts. Beautiful gifts there but engraving is pricey. Plan to always shop there!!
They try and get you to purchase a $10 rewards card, in which they explain you will get a $10 check after you spend $100 and with my purchase today, I will automatically get the check. Additionally, you will get another $10 check for your birthday! Nope did not receive either. They also do not fully go over the pricing of the engraving, then you are paying way more than expected. When you finally ask about why you have not received the $10 reward, you are informed they do not have your purchases on file, but they do have where you purchased your rewards. Then you speak to customer service who wants you to fax them the receipts of your purchases from over 2 months ago, in which you do not keep the receipt due to non refundable engraving purchases.
