I go with a group of guys once a week during football season. We tip well and are not rude to the girls. They act like we are an inconvenience. It's not just us, it's other tables as well. When you have to ask a waitress to smile, you don't get my money. The food sucks so I usually don't eat there. I just have a beer and only for fellowship. Me and my comrades decided last week to take our business elsewhere.
Should be less than 1 star. Waited forever for food during a slow lunch on 11/13/17. Upon paying, my credit card was returned to me with someone else's bill from another table. I alerted the waitress who then added my bill to the already wrong bill on my card. I waited 3 days for the bills to process, when it was clear to me that the wrong amount would remain on my card, I drove 12 miles back to the restaurant. I spoke to the manager David. He insisted nothing could be done until after it all processed after 3-4 days, which I had already done. He assured me that he would contact corporate to correct, which I found strange that he only noted the amount ($15.02) and nothing else. I have called the restaurant multiple times as the amount still has never been corrected. The phone is never answered. I put the receiver down today and let it ring for 20 minutes, no one answered. This action amounts to nothing less than theft or petty larceny. These people should not be in a service industry, I recommend anywhere but here.
Haven't been to a Hooters in years because it was disappointing the last few times. Went around 8 on a Sunday, football season, they're open, moderately busy. Ordered wings. Service was fine, food was hot, but the buffalo sauce was separated to the point that it was basically flavored oil. It bothers me that this made it past 3 people. The cook also didn't bother to remove the half cup of leftover breading from the mixing bowl before he dumped my wings in (i ordered wings with no breading). TL;DR- Food was gross, bartender was polite. Won't ever be going back to any Hooters.
Messed up our order. Got a replacement order few days later. It was also screwed up. And excuse me if this is rude...but, this is HOOTERS!?!? Where the hooters at?
God no! Don't do it! If you're there...leave right now! My boyfriend and I went for his birthday last year and ended up disappointed and incredibly ill. My wings were cold, and saturated in nothing but grease and his burger was about the same. Not to mention our waitress was rude, and definitely not what you'd expect to see at Hooters.
