My favorite restaurant by far. I love the chicken, catfish, sides, and most of all the cheese biscuits. Salad dressings taste homemade. Kudos to the master chef's!!

Murfreesboro location - took forever to be greeted after we were seated. Drink took forever to come. And never got refilled. I ordered a taco everything as Described except no green peppers. Well it was plain. When I asked her for the toppings that should have been on there, she acted like she didn't know what came on it. Then she brought out raw onions instead of the grilled onions. She was rude and it wasn't busy. The mac and cheese was cold. It was a terrible experience.
The brisket had to much fat. Usually the brisket is cooked long and slow enough that the fat melts, but half of my brisket was inedible. There is a Jim 'N Nick's in Brentwood that is much better than this location.
Terrible service. S l o w even though the place was almost empty. Several staff milling about but 20 minutes to get food and impossible to get a drink refill. Habanero sauce on the table but no drink refills. Did not get what I ordered. Biscuits, mashed potatoes, and turkey were all tasty but overall food was cold and poorly presented - fingerprints and food remnants on the plate edges. And overpriced - I paid $10 for two pieces of turkey and a bun. The coleslaw was inedible.
