Waited for a table and watched hostess take party after party skipping over us. When asking for manager hostess suddenly realizes we are still there. Would have loved to eat there but our business wasn't needed apparently
Kind friendly staff who all seem to work well with each other. Great pasta made to order as I asked for it, well done, heated perfectly, and a large menu. Always a pleasure with Macaroni Grill, this location is no exception.

It was a Friday night. The restaurant was sorely under staffed but continued to accept extremely large parties. We arrived well before the large parties but were left sitting for an hour waiting for our entree. The waitress was sweet and kept apologizing. The manager came over to our table, made excuses for the lapse in service, offered free dessert, and left our table. We received our entree an hour and a half after our arrival and IT WAS COLD!!!! For the love of all that is Italian! Why!?!?! Romano's Macaroni Grill you suck and may you sleep on a pile of spaghetti noodles as cold as the pasta you served us.
Had our 5 year anniversary here. Absolutely no regrets. Fantastic food and service. Highly recommend the grilled lamb! Caitlyn (sorry if I mis-spelled that) was phenomenal!
