The bartender wearing a shirt that says I love my job, needs an attitude adjustment. He does not love his job...and its obvious. After he changed the channel on the ballgame I was sitting right in front of watching, I asked him if he could put it back on. Omg....the most Unprofessional attitude I have EVER seen in a restaurant atmosphere. And he went on and on for 10 min over it. Talking to other patrons about it. No kidding.
For starters our server was Matt! If you can remember, ask for Matt! Perfect server, attentive, prompt, polite, and helpful. The food is tasty and terrific! Great environment! Place is managed very well. One of my new favorites!
As a bartender, and on game day...here's a thought...don't change a ballgame without asking if anyone is watching it. This is NOT the place to visit if you're looking to watch a game. And this guys attitude...seriously, I just couldn't wait to get up and leave.
Service was great. We were seated immediately and our server kept our drinks filled through the meal. The food was okay. The cheese covered fries were disappointing as all get out. The cheese was only melted on one section and it basically just fell off the fries. The fries themselves were old and tasted like they had been sitting for quite a while with too much seasoning/salt. I also got a steak kabob. It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't order it again.
My wife and I came on a Wednesday the night they have Sirloin steak as the dinner special with two sides one which can be a salad. Our sever was great the food was great and even the manager stopped by as they went table to table making sure everyone had what they needed and enjoying their meal. We had a great experience and will be back. I'd pick TR over Longhorns last two times there the meal was not great and our sides did not seem fresh like they had been warmed in a microwave. Maybe just an off night but we highly recommend Texas Roadhouse!
All of my reviews of Texas Roadhouse have ALWAYS been 5 star. And then....there was today's visit. Our server was great. The food was great, it always is.
Love eating at Texas Roadhouse wish they had one in Spring Hill least one closer to where I live!! Normally the service is good the food's good! And the prices are really reasonable. You can never go wrong here. And if something does go wrong just talk to the manager usual make it right! That's why they get 5 stars! "Still waiting for one to be built in Spring Hill"
