My husband bought his 2002 f350 from there a month ago and they are fantastic and everyone we talked to was so nice. Even everyone at the bank we financed through were super nice! They helped us get approved when no one else would. We will be back! :)
And never trust a business that deletes its negative reviews on social media while having owners and employees post positive reviews...
Please do not purchase a car here. Not only are the cars questionable, the customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Heather was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. The owner (who gives the business 5 star reviews on social media and Google) was present in the office when we requested to speak to him, but did not speak with us until we were already leaving. He told us to leave as we were walking out the door.
We were asked to come in to discuss potentially returning the car (& we were asked to bring the car in even though it is barely drivable at this time -- overheating and antifeeeze boiling) but that was a disingenuous invitation.
Just got a truck from car one. The customer service is great. If you're ever looking for a truck or car this is the place to come.

Whoever that Sara girl is, is tripping something hard, this place has been absolutely phenomenal and flexible with me and my family especially with me I'm the military and in so many schools. Heather has been helpful in every way imaginable. Very pleasant to work with. Would recommend this place to others
Please do not patronize this business. Financing may be easy and they may appear nice, but that is the nature of their business. Once the car is off the lot, the tone changes.
