I had a great experience buying my new Tahoe! Although the process was long (as to be expected buying a new car) my sales person Joey was extremely helpful. They were very patient as I searched different vehicles and worked hard to get me the best deal. They made sure I was completely satisfied and informed about my purchase. Would definitely recommend!

My poor review is based on my new car sales experience at this dealership. My first visit was about 5 months ago, when I went by to test drive a new 2017 Buick Encore. I walked into the showroom and was greeted promptly by a salesman. It then went downhill from there. I asked the salesman to see an Encore with the new upgraded engine that was offered for the first time with the 2017 model. I got the deer in headlight look. He said that there was only one engine offered. I then had him go over to his desk and pull up the Buick site so I could show him that there were 2 engine choices. His reply was he didn't know that. He then got another salesman to help him find one on the lot. As they were looking online at their inventory, I walked over to an Encore in the showroom and showed them the window sticker that had the optional engine (more horsepower and torque). It was then clear that he was new and did not have much product knowledge. So after they found one, I did do a test drive and really like the car but I was not ready to buy as I wanted to look at a couple of other brands. My second visit was on Tuesday 12/19/17, when I found the Coastal Blue color I wanted on their website and there was the model year sale going on. I walked into the showroom and there was only one salesman inside and he was with a customer. I stood around and waited for about 15 minutes and no other salesman came in or anyone asked to help me - so I left. The next day I went to their website and sent an email, and then called inquiring about the vehicle. On the phone, I asked the Customer Experience person 2 specific questions. Is this vehicle a Demo or is it New and does it have the upgraded engine. She said, let me go ask the Sales Manager. She came back to the phone and said yes, it is new and has the upgraded engine and would I like to make an appointment to see it. I said yes and made an appointment for 10 the next morning. She said they would have the vehicle out front and someone would be there to help me. So I get there at 10 and the vehicle is not out front. So I go in and there is not one person in the showroom. So once again I stand inside waiting. A guy comes in from the side outside door and passes and asks if I need help. I said yes, as I had an appointment at 10 to see an Encore. He goes over to the Chevy side and a salesmen does comes over and he says he will go get the vehicle for me. Well, he pulls up out front with the Coastal Blue Encore and it has a big Demo banner across the front windshield. I am mad now. So now the Customer Experience manage comes out to apologize. The apology was nice but it does not fix my terrible customer experience there. So after 3 bad visits, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone.

When you have a child miles away from home and they have car trouble you really want to find someone you can trust. The only way is to check out the reviews. Thank you to the mechanics, Albee and the shuttle driver who took great care of my daughter and her car. Your service is commendable!

I did not have a good experience on my last visit. I have had better experiences in the past. The dealership is nice and new and they appear to do a good job. Just be sure and tell them exactly when you want to pick up your vehicle. NEVER say you are in no hurry or you will be sitting around for hours waiting. Also, don't believe them when they tell you something will be done right away.

Butch and Josh were both AMAZING! They went above and beyond to help both my husband and I get a car. They both stayed past close to make sure we both left happy. They did not pressure either of us and did not rush us to make a decision. If you go in I would definitely suggest you speak with either of these men they were both great.

    I did not have a good experience on my last visit. I have had better experiences in the past. The dealership is nice and new and they appear to do a good job.
