I just purchased an auto from city auto in Murfreesboro Tn. and I would like to say that the whole staff was wonderful to work with especially Bobby Bates. In the past I have walked out on some pretty good deals because of people’s attitudes and personality but you won’t find any of that at city auto. Everyone is so nice and pleasant to work with from the lady’s at the front desk and all the way through until the car is purchased.
Dave J. was the salesman that helped me. From the very first phone conversation I felt as if Dave was interested to hear what I wanted. The process was very easy and they stayed opened a couple hours later to make sure I was taken care of. All points of contract were very nice and extremely helpful. A friend went with me and was there to witness the whole process. Now she interested in buying form City Auto and she doesn't even need a car! This is the first car lot I've been where I didn't feel pressured into buying a car just for the sale. This place is awesome! Very nice and quick. They know what they are doing! I drove from Memphis to Murfreesboro and was able to drive my truck back with in an hour. They are super sweet too!
Just bought a beautiful Dodge Ram from City Auto. This truck is immaculate and got it at a nice price. Mike Neinast was the salesman that helped me out. At no point during the process of purchasing the truck did I feel any kind of pressure from Mike. When I thought the monthly payments may be too high for me he had no problem showing me less expensive trucks. I ended up with the truck that I went there looking for though. This place is awesome! They are very patient and honest about what cars would suit your lifestyle better. I have 2 children and he showed me all the cars that would accommodate that instead of just taking me to the fancy cars that of course everyone wants. He took the time explaining the difference in all the vehicles I liked and even came to get the car from my job to help me out on fixing an issue that came up instead of me figuring out how to get off work to take it. Chris your the best!!!
