First off... UHAUL WILL MATCH ANY BUDGET PRICE!!! Terrible experience here! Reserved a moving truck a week in advance to move our family to another state. I had family flying in to help move us as well. I was supposed to pick the 16ft moving truck up at 5pm. I decided to call at 2pm just to make sure everything was good go... mind you I had already had an email confirming it was. THANK GOD I DID! I was told their 16 ft truck “broke down” and they were just hoping I would be ok with a 12ft truck. If I wanted or could fit all my stuff in a 12 ft truck I would have reserved a 12ft truck. So I am now supposed to move over 600 miles away, have family members about to arrive who flew into help and HAVE NO TRUCK! They had no other solution but to keep offering the 12ft truck and just blamed it on the customer service reps! Thank goodness for uhaul.. they had a 20ft truck that I picked up immediately and matched budgets price! Don’t use this location if you actually plan on getting what you need!!!
Too bad you can't give minus stars. I got reservations to pick up a car on Sunday afternoon because they were the only rental car company open on Sunday locally. When I arrive, I was notified that they had no cars. It was getting close to closing time, so they made me a reservation at one of there other locations at a higher rate that took me about an extra hour and half round trip just to pick it up. They said they would make sure that when I brought the car back that they would correct the bill to the price on the reservation that I initially made and would give me some type of coupon worth about $30. I returned the car at the location where I originally made the reservation because I didn't want to waste another hour and half and was told that I should have returned it to the location that I picked it up. Nonetheless, they took the car back and told me to leave my email address which I did both personal and company and they would send me the corrected receipt at the reservation rate the next day. Going on two weeks, NO word from them, NO coupon, NO receipt. I did just get the charges on my credit card at the higher rate.

I am from Ohio and have had to make multiple trips back to Ohio recently. Absolutely will not go anywhere else. They are amazing.
Screwed me out of a rental. Paid up front on Sunday to pick it up Thursday. Went in to pickup car then they said my credit was bad. Could not rent car. Needed to go home father's health not good. Enterprise had no problem renting me a car. I recommend never rent a car from budget.
The price is unbeatable for a box truck rental! It's almost half the price of other moving truck options and you get more miles too!
