We enjoyed a wonderful road trip of about 4,000 miles with our 2 week van rental. The enjoyment was increased right from the start by the helpful, attentive, and pleasant interaction with the staff at this Hertz location. We stopped at the St Louis airport location to add a driver, and there we found the attendants equally helpful and friendly. Also, all in our group were appreciative of the extremely clean restroom facilities at the airport Hertz location. We will definitely use this service again.

If I could give negative stars I would. NEVER again will me or my family use this company or recommend them to anyone. I was in car accident and the other party was held responsible and their insurance company was paying for my rental car at hertz. State Farm paid for everything and insurance on the rental. Both times I was there Jeremy, one of the employees, and now Has been proven to be by far one of the most sneaky, unreliable, untrustworthy employees they have and here’s why ;Before leaving I had to pay a “deposit” ,which we now know is a scam, and would be completely refunded on my card after the car was returned in 2 weeks. After returning my rental Hertz rental company charged me $170 dollars for “additional insurance” that was never agreed to or signed off on. Why would I need “additional insurance” if state farm covered the car? After about 3 days of going back and forth with Jeremy and manager Mason, they told me I wasn’t being refunded for anything including my “deposit”. If you want a professional, friendly, and helpful rental car company DO NOT USE HERTZ. Have a merry Christmas assholes! WORST rental car company in Murfreesboro.
I do not recommend using this company at all. They do not take care of you when on of their cars break down. As 4 of my 6 living family members return from going through the devastation of my grandfathers house, courtesy of Hurricane Harvey, the rental AC goes out.
Their service is excellent. They picked me up with very little waiting time at the body shop where my truck was being repaired after I struck a deer. My rental car was ready very quickly, clean and in perfect condition. They explained the features that were unfamiliar to me, so that I could feel comfortable with a vehicle that was so much newer and more technically advanced from what I am used to. I was able to return my rental without delay even though I did not call ahead, since the repair work was completed on Friday afternoon, although that was sooner than expected. They drove me back to the body shop through busy end-of-day traffic, making sure that we arrived before it closed for the day. I had the same driver for both trips, and he was friendly and courteous. This rental was covered by insurance, but if I need to rent a vehicle for personal reasons in the future, I will use Hertz, because they gave me great customer service.
UPDATE: Not only did they not refund my family's rental as they said they would, they charged us $200 LATE RETURN FEE, we were late because their car broke... I mean. SERIOUSLY!?
If I could give zero stars I would!!!! Was guided here by my insurance company after my car was hit by another driver (that's persons fault) so the car rental was covered by the insurance.... But Hertz requires a card to put on hold.... And since then even though it's covered they continue to take money out of my account and now even after I have returned the car again they are still taking money out. Called several times and was transferred and lied to so many times about why the money came out... Guess I'll have to close my bank account to get them to stop! AND NOW THEY HAVE DRAFTED ANOTHER CHARGE TODAY I RETURNED THE CAR ON TUESDAY IT IS NOW FRIDAY!!! Yesterday the store said I would have my money back but now they are taking more! And Devin ( at the Murfreesboro office)is the worst employee ever... No customer service skills at all!!
Then they make you feel like it's your own incompetence on why the POS that loses AC is their vehicle. While my elderly family sits in the ER parking lot, eating Ice chips to cool down, they tell them they'll have to pay for another rental vs just swapping out. It's madness.

I'm very disappointed in hertz. And the manager who's name starts with an M states they'll be refunding the rental to my aunt.
