Very courteous service probably because they pay well even to interns. Picks and drops you if you ask. Kayla was especially good.
If I could give 0 stars, I totally with no doubt, I would. I had to get a rental car from this location because this is where my insurance told me to get it. At first, when I pick up the car everything was fine & I thought they provide it me with the real information (since being my first time having a rental car). They ask me to pay $10 deposit & also offer me optional coverage. I said no but the guy keep insisting, I agree which that was a mistake from my side. The guy told me that the coverage was $18 & some change that just for 2 days was going to be $44 & some change & that was including taxes. I didn’t wanted to have that coverage so I ask him if I could remove it & he said yes that I could stop by & have them remove it. I payed that at that moment. Well, when I went to return the car, the lady was very rude & didn’t explain what I had paid. She keep saying I had a balance due but I told her that my insurance was the one paying for everything. I was in a little rush since my ride was in a rush. I told her about the $10 deposit & she said I didn’t pay it. Like I said I was in a rush & left. She said she was going to email me my receipt, she never did. I check my bank account days later & they took out my money out of my account without my authorization. I never authorise to have money remove from my account. Which it overdraft my account. I called them & first a guy answer & I told him what was going on. He had the rude lady next to him & I could hear her saying she told me the balance of the taxes which she did rudely but she never mention the one that I supposedly didn’t pay fully coverage. When I did & I have the receipt stating i did. I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager & she pick up the phone. She rudely told me that she told me about the balance & I didn’t care. I ask her to speak to her boss, I got another man on the line & he was treating me like I’m stupid. I was telling him what happened & I told him I needed an explanation, he told me what of this didn’t understand. I would try to explain him what was going on but he keep cutting me off between my sentence. Very rude customer service & no one cares about you. If you want also someone that steals your money, they are the right ones for you. I been working customer service 5+ years & have never been rude to someone.
Great Experience after having a wreck they were super easy to work with. They corrected the only issue i had immediately. I would say they offered amazing customer service during a very stressful time.

Been here 15 minutes and not one person has helped me...looked at me and said nothing. Maybe I am invisible I guess.
Ended up getting a vehicle with expired tags and when I shared this with the individual who helped me it was not a big deal.
Once helped it was okay but it seemed like they cared more about socializing between themselves than helping out their customers.
