Started going Embassy because they were a provider under my insurance. Has been an excellent experience. I haven't had a complaint in 3 years. We have had cleanings, fillings and a crown replacement. Excellent care as always. The doctor and his staff recognize I am a nervous patient and always take time to make me feel at ease. I have been having all of my old dental work redone, and my teeth look and feel better than they ever have. I am grateful for the work this office has put into helping me look and feel my best.
The entire staff is very friendly and professional. As a patient, I don't think there's a dentist/staff combo anywhere that could care more and execute treatment any better than this crew. Top notch!
This dentist is terrible. The staff is horrible, especially Kim who has a TERRIBLE attitude. Do not go here if you can avoid it. Dr. Minyard cares nothing about the patient, only about making the money. Also, he takes no responsibility for his referrals and follow up is horrendous. I've never had such a terrible dentist. Stay Away!
