Dr. Poarch is fantastic, but his billing lady is extremely rude. I have waited a long time to write this because I do not like to leave negative reviews.

Amy is such a great hygienist! Very welcoming & funny. She made the whole experience very relaxing and worth it. The office is nice, good atmosphere. Recommend to anyone looking for a good dental experience.
I have never had anyone yell at me the way she did! Long story short, due to me having a baby my insurance changed to my husbands. I had already scheduled a crown procedure. His insurance was out of network. If someone would have mentioned that to me, I would have gone elsewhere. I did not think to check because I really liked Dr. Poarch. Then I get billed for a huge amount. The lady literally yelled at me when I spoke to her about it. How rude. We were struggling at the time to make ends meet and to have her speak that way to a patient is something I will never forget.
Dr. Porch is the best dentist that I have ever been to! He is compassionate, kind, informative and has a great sense of humor! I can't say enough good things about him but he is well worth any wait! The entire office is caring, and upbeat! Best of all, you won't be sold work that you don't need! Dr. Porch is honest and will tell you exactly what you need, what can wait and he will do the job right the first time. I have found out the hard way that paying a cheaper dentist isn't always the best idea for quality work. I have had to pay for rework because I went somewhere else. You mouth is worth quality work! (Quality doesn't always mean more money, unless you habe to pay twice!)
After seeing a new dentist, I firmly now know she (can't remember her name) is extremely unprofessional and I will never visit this place again.
