The clinic is clean and some staff is really nice which is why they get two stars, HOWEVER, I would not recommend them otherwise. I recommend finding a dentist who is more personable and doesn't see money as the bottom line.
I can't tell you how happy I am to find an incredible dentist with an equally incredible staff. Dr. Dileo is so kind and compassionate, she completely understood my fear of dentists. She and Katie, the lead tech, work in complete harmony and have such an obvious respect for one another. I had to have two crowns and they made it really easy to set up a payment plan. Once I'm back at 100 percent, I'll never miss an annual cleaning and checkup again. Honestly, from the moment you walk in their entire staff is so welcoming. It was absolutely the best experience I have ever had in a medical/dental office.
I have now given them ONE STAR! I am livid. I checked my mailbox yesterday and received a credit card from Smile Generation Financial with a credit limit of $1500. The Smile Generation website lists Murfreesboro Smiles Dentistry as one of their locations. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS ACCOUNT! They submitted an application in my name that I did not agree to. I just got off the phone to close the account and to remove the account and inquiry from my credit report. This business is so SHADY! DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC OR YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!
Per the presented bill, the extractions were $500+, night guard was $350+, and the deep cleaning on one tooth was $150+ AFTER insurance. I politely asked them to remove everything except for my routine cleaning and filling my tooth. My total went down to $35 with my insurance.
They tried to convince me to pay $1000+ for my first visit with insurance. I booked an appointment for a routine cleaning and for filling on a chipped tooth which should have been only $35 per my insurance. I walked in and the front desk staff and dental assistant were very nice, however, the whole experience felt like a big sales pitch.
Love love love. Super nice staff. Very clean. I, myself am not a fan of the dentist. And they sure did make me feel calm and relaxed and left me feeling very well taking care of. Would recommend to everyone!

Then the dentist, Dileo, came back in and mentioned that she spoke to Brandon about me not wanting to go through with the additional services. She continued to try to convince me that doing the services now was a better idea. It sounded forceful. I stood my ground. However, I would feel bad for anyone else who felt pressured into these purchases and didn't have the confidence to say no. They would be taken advantage of. The tone of the dentist was very off-putting. She seemed to really want the sale and disguised it as caring about the patient.
The dentist said my teeth and gums looked great, but recommended a deep cleaning on one tooth and a night guard. She also mentioned that I need to eventually get my wisdom teeth extracted. I agreed that I eventually need to get my wisdom teeth taken out. When it was time for the insurance rep to come in, Brandon, my bill was $4000 before insurance and $1000+ after insurance. For some reason, they attempted to bill me for my wisdom teeth extractions in advance. I had not even set an appointment or agreed to let them do the oral surgery. He then pitched a payment plan through a financial institution associated with them. This part made me the most uncomfortable.
This is hands down the best Dentist experience I have ever had. I've been hoping around for a while but think I have landed on a permanent dentist. Latest technology, fast service, and a great staff that is really concern about there patients.
