This is the best gym I have ever gone to! I had a problem with committing to working out, but I have been going here for a year and I have never looked back. All of the trainers are wonderful and so willing to help you. It truly isn't like any other gym, it is like a family. We are there for one another, we help one another, and we cheer for one another. I wouldn't trade my UFC experience for anything!
Take your training to the next level! I never knew I wanted to be a fighter until I took my first class through a groupon promo back in March. I can't get enough of this place. I learn new things every time I go. Don't be intimidated! I'll admit it may seem intimidating but there are all levels in this place. From people just wanting to mix up their workouts, people just starting their fitness journey, and all the way to competitive fighters. I've been a dancer and swimmer my whole life and now I'm finding that mma is right up there with the other two!
My son has attended UFC Gym Murfreesboro for just over a year. They took on the challenge of a my 5 year old with zero hesitation, they were actually pretty excited about it. The Gym and my son have only gotten better during the 13 moths he has attended classes there. It has helped his focus and patience tremendously. Thanks UFC Gym!
