I had the absolute pleasure of working with John Borgman with Steem Master Carpet Cleaner. I can not thank him enough for going above and beyond during our appointment. He not only did an amazing job on the house I just bought but he educated me throughout the process. He broke down the different solutions he used and told me why he chose to use them. To top it off he drove out of his way to come see me. I will continue to work with John and highly recommend him. I have no problem referring him to family, friends or even coworkers because I know he will treat them no different then how he treated me. Thanks John!
They did an AWESOME job on my carpets. This was the only company that would come out to my home and look at the stains to see if they could get them out. There were stains that two previous carpet cleaning companies could do nothing for. Steem Master made one room look brand new. The other more serious stains were set-in from all the previous cleaning attempts but they still managed to get most of the stains out. They are barely noticeable! I really wish I had before and after photos so you all could see the excellent work they did. Oh, and very affordable. Rather than vague quotes, they actually measured the areas they were cleaning and charged for the exact square footage rather than using the "per room" method.
If you have hardwood floors this place is a must call to get them to clean them. They just done my floors today and they shine like new ones. So don’t waste your money on any kind of floor cleaners or having them redone. This is great SHINE like new ones!!!! Thanks guys I will be calling them for now on!!!
Steem Master has always been my go-to for carpet cleaning, but last week we called them out to clean the tile and grout and they did an incredible job! Couldn’t have hired a better, more professional company. Highly recommend!
Very nice and professional. They came and gave me a quote on cleaning my carpet. After getting the quote I had them to clean it. We are renting and the people before us must had a pet. I could smell the pet dander but no one else could. Just with them being there for a few minutes the house was smelling really good. I left for a few hours came back to the best smell. It was smelling so CLEAN!!!!The price is great and they did awesome job. I would highly recommend them!!!!! I also have them coming back next week to clean the hardwood floors. I have always said I could clean my carpet better then anyone else. Well I was wrong!!!!!! Steem master cleaning & restoration will be my go to cleaners for now on.
