TNT did a wonderful job for us. The gentleman who did the work was very professional and careful. We had our tile in the kitchen and bath cleaned along with two oriental rugs that were removed from my house, cleaned and delivered. I would definitely recommend and use this company again. Beginning with my first phone call speaking with Tara, she was congenial, helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to schedule an appointment for me within my very tight timeframe for a new move in. Tim, owner/operator was the gentleman who came to do the carpet cleaning job at 9:00 AM. He was wonderful and so accomodating, he went beyond all expectations. To our surprise the power had been shut off the night before the appointment and electricity is a must for carpet cleaning. My husband had to rush over to the power company to transfer the account in our name and get the power turned back on. We were told it could take up till 4:30 PM. Instead of telling me the job would have to be rescheduled for another day, Tim was willing to rework his schedule and come back at 6:00 PM the same day when most people are ending their day to do the job, so that we would be able to receive our movers at 9:00 AM the next morning. We can't thank you enough Tim and Tara!

TNT Chem Dry did a beautiful job cleaning the sofa. The sofa looked new and smelled wonderful. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. The entire process took about a half hour. I would definitely recommend their service and plan to use them again when needed.
