Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Restaurant and full bar on site. Convenient to other restaurants and shopping. Rooms could stand some updating but they are clean. Good location not far from I-24.
Note: breakfast is available but is not complimentary. One suggestion to the hotel is that they should consider night lights in the bathroom so that one doesn't have to blind themselves if using it during the night. Comfortable stay.
Convenient enough but housekeeping needs improvement and the facility is showing its age. Breakfast is not as special as other reviews indicated. Mixed review of front desk staff. I initially walked up to the counter where two females we're talking. They just ignored me and continued their conversation. It would have been appropriate to at least acknowledge my presence. Rude. Eventually the young male (who was actually working) finished with another guest and asked if he could help. I won't be back. Better options in the area...
The hotel staff was most friendly and courteous. Our room was clean and comfortable. Once we retired for the night, it became most apparent that the beds were the best accessory in the room. Oh but they were comfortable. My wife didn't want to get up the next morning.
Nice cozy room and it was also clean. The staff was very helpful and also found good conversation at the restaurant. I think it's safe to say that I can't say anything negative about this location. Compared 2 my normal choice for the budget this place was exceptional.
The place has a pool, but I didn't have an opportunity to try it out. It was inviting.
AC was leaking but it was fixed in a timely fashion. Room is on the small side but comfortable. Bathroom is a little dated but towels are thick and fluffy. Service is decent but I was given a 3rd floor room despite requesting a low floor. No breakfast except in the restaurant but that is served until 11 which is a plus. Overall not bad but not great either. Next time will likely go back to the Hampton Inn.
