Update:
I love this place! Clean aparertments, friendly, professional, and timely office staff. Maintenance fixes things in a very timely manner and are also very nice and professional. The apartment gym is awesome for being an apartment gym and the location can't be beat! It's a very short walk to campus, you could throw a rock and hit campus. I have no complaints about this complex whatsoever, this is bar none the best apartment complex in Murfreesboro and well worth the price!

Lived here for a little over a year. It was cool. I had a few loud neighbors, no overages, not too many problems. When you move out make sure you document your letter to vacate, and record your apartment suite when you clear everything out, because they can be shady. I moved out of my apartment August 13, 2017 (everything in good condition like when I moved in). I left a visitor post/review on their Facebook page a couple of weeks ago. It was regarding my security deposit. I was calling the office, emailing management, etc. and no one would call or email me back, which I said on Facebook. They deleted my post then called me and said hey talked to management and my check was being mailed and I should expect it within the next 2 weeks. That was September 28, 2017. They called me again on October 6, 2017, saying my check was at the office and if I could swing by the office and get it (which I could not and said tis in my letter to vacate and in my letter I specifically asked them to mail my check to the forwarding address in the letter). It is now 2 months after I moved out and still no security deposit refund.

Luxurious but too picky, got denier bcause i had 4 petty thefts from a grocery store. Too pricy.
Just received my security deposit in the mail.
