Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices very reasonable. Excellent quality in every piece of furniture I've bought from them.
Just got my new couch delivered, thanks to Crissy! She has been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire experience and am soooo thankful that FMO has wonderful staff like her! Even the delivery staff were professional and courteous. I've been using FMO Furniture for years and will continue to return!
Price was great. Time frame was off and was told 3 different days of arrival. I had to personally ask them to call the warehouse to see if it arrived and it was there, no telling how long it had actually already been available for pick up. Once we got home and opened protective layer there were 2 quarter size spots of what appeared to be some kind of oil and scratches along the back hand side. The guys who loaded it at the dock threw it into out truck and did not handle with care. Not to satisfied with anything but the price.
Love FMO! I've purchased many items from them and will continue to shop here. Staff is very friendly and prices are great. Susan took her time to search through catalogs and online to find exactly what I was looking for. Definitely suggest stopping here before going anywhere.
