very disrespectful and obviously not trained well staff. My disbled father was sold 2 sets of mattresses . The ones that were ourchased were not delivered but the wrong ones. very dissatisfied to say the least ans all they offered to do was bring other ones if we paid for the wrong set to be replaced. ugh.
They have a huge selection of beds but are a little pricey for me.
With the cost of beds and the variety, the decision can take a long time and can be exhausting. The sales team at Mattress Firm has been very patient and valuable. I have enjoyed my purchasing experience with them.
