Lee was awesome, friendly and informative. We got the mattress delivered the same day we bought it for free which was impressive. The delivery people took down the old mattress and took it up a flight of stairs for us without hesitation. This type of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend them!

They were prompt, polite and efficient. They even took our old mattress off of our hands. The bed I got here was super affordable and even more comfortable. If I had to reccomend a mattress store it would hands down be mattress gallery direct, the staff is very kind and helpful.
