The room was clean enough and comfortable. No complaints about the facility. The woman behind te desk when I checked in at 2 pm on 10/14 was helpful, and even came out to spot me as I backed my semi into place. However, the woman (name was KT) who worked the night shift and handled my check out was very rude. I needed to check out just after midnight. She informed me that she couldn't give me a receipt until 5 am. I ask that she write one out for me by hand as I needed the receipt to be reimbursed for the stay by my company. You'd think I asked the girl to cut off her own fingers! I got a lot of attitude from her about the process. Also, I got very little sleep during my stay due to the rest of the guests on the second floor being noisy. Not just your typical hotel noise which is to be expected. These people sounded like they were having a party. The staff had no regard for my noise complaint.
Very disappointed for $135/night! The room had a smelly, musty, mildew odor with mold stains on the ceiling! I tried to deal with it but after an hour, I called the front desk & asked for another room. At first, she said they didn't have another suite the same as mine. When I told her I wanted a refund because I was going to another hotel because we could not deal with the smell then she conveniently found another one. But I wanted to go see it first. The smell was better in the other room but still a slight mildew odor. We wanted to get out of there so bad the next morning that we didn't even stay for breakfast. This was my first & last time staying at this Quality Inn in Murfreesboro, TN!
Convenient to the highway. Great price. Decent breakfast. Friendly efficient staff. Room was clean and bged really comfy.
Seriously. I had a last minute work trip that brought me to town and everything was sold out but here. It was a tough choice between staying in my car or the room. Awful.
