Been to better residence inn. The employees weren't very friendly. We arrived after 27 hours on the road running from a hurricane.
Very modern and clean. Great breakfast and evening socials are a great addition to the experience. Rooms are large and have everything you need for an extended stay. Only down side is the shower took a while to warm up and keep a constant temperature. Would recommend!
The hotel, itself, is nice, new and modern. Everything was clean and well kept. My wife and I were in town for a foster parent conference and paid well in advance for our room. Upon leaving, we received our statement at check out as usual. Days later, i notice on my credit card statement, they have charged me one two separate days, way after we had left for a total of around $108.00. Our statement had a balance of zero when we left and there were no issues. After calling everyday for a week, trying to get them to fix it, I had to call my card company and get them to begin disrupting the bill. Everyone at the hotel claims they don't know how to fix it and they will have a manager call me back. And guess what? They never do.
Nice clean hotel. Full breakfast. Nice location. Many restaurants within walking distance.
Nice facility. Very polite and helpful staff. Had a couple minor issues with the room, but they were resolved quickly. Close to shopping and tons of food options.
