I was surprised how nice it was. Comfortable bed, good cable TV, fridge and microwave. Great price.
DONT STAY HERE!! This hotel is the worst. Housekeeping is a crack head (fat white lady) who lives in the hotel for free in exchange for her cleaning services. On multiple occasions she entered my room and only replaced towels and tissue but didnt clean any thing. I believe she was going through my belongings so everytime i left , so did my valuables....They never have clean sheets available because they claim the dryer is "messed up" They offer a laundry room on site but when you enter the room it is very small with old sinks and fixtures that were replaced stored in the room. There is only one washer and one dryer and you will pay 2.50 to wash a load and 2.50 to dry one load and the clothes dont even dry all the way. Hotel staff is very unprofessional as it is a male by the name of "jay" and his wife and whole family living in the hotel he works for. His wife is very rude and jealous of female guests and will handle you in a very unprofessional manner. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE... KEEP YOUR SANITY

The exterior of the building is in desperate need of an update. The room we stayed in was clean and has newer furnishings, wall mounted flat screen with satellite tv, microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom was modern and clean. It's a very bare bones room which was expected for the price.
The less good: 20 minute wait for room to be ready (arrived shortly after check-in time), ceiling light is harsh/"cold"/blue and the desk could've used a light, there were light-blocking curtains but no semi-translucent curtains for natural light with privacy, there was a fair amount of traffic and construction in the area, narrow parking spaces. But most of these are pretty minor things, and the price was excellent.
The good: room very recently renovated, new management, laminate floor, great price, large room, DirecTV with many channels, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, quiet (though we visited on a holiday weekend).
The problem with this place is the noise. It's very near the highway and train tracks. If you're a light sleeper be prepared to wake up frequently to the sound of a blaring train horn or sirens. I'm not a very light sleeper and I woke several times due to the noise. You can also very clearly hear anyone who happens to be outside your.
The room was recently renovated and I liked that it had a laminate floor instead of nasty carpet. The price was excellent. The main negative thing was that I arrived shortly after the check in time and had to wait 20 minutes for my room.
