I stayed at the hotel and it was great. The room was clean and comfortable. When i arrived i was tired and cranky but Tasha at the front desk was very patient and professional the entire time. She is great. Great customer service. Overall my experience at the hotel was good. I will definitely visit again.
I'm giving it an extra star because the night clerk was very sweet and helpful with my room rate. Oh she was very attractive
The hotel room was according to price but the customer service was horrible. We woke up and had to walk through cigarette smoke because the maids were smoking.. horrible all around and won't be staying here again.
Sorry about the previous post before was very tired and bumped wrong buttons.That was suppose to say got so sorry was very tired. And bumped sent/post before I was finished... there was a minor Cologne mishap but was taken are of promptly... thank you very much for helping! The staff here has been great! Very nice people!! Especially the General manager.. we had a few small issues but not bad and she was great in helping us! She's been very helpful and understanding. Location is great and rooms are nice and clean. Going to be hard to say good bye... Thank you to all the staff for being so nice and accommodating and just made it a home away from home, thank you all again and hope everyone has a safe and Happy New Years!!
Only reason I give this place 1 star was so I could express my opinion. Staff was very very rude and as for what I saw was drug deals and probably prostitution going on. The rooms well a big thumbs down!!!
Well for starters. The receptionist at the desk had horrible customer service. It took us forever to check in because she was taking care of other customers that were on the phone and trying to train at the same time... this was at 1am and we had driven a long way.. then she told us the wrong room and wrote the wrong number on the card holder. We tried getting into some room and a guy that was staying in there got woken up because of it..
