This was the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in by far. Bed bugs central!!! The first day I got there after I checked in left and came back to the hotel the Murfreesboro police department was there police cars was swarming the place a couple got into a fight and I asked for a refund they refused to give me my money back. This place is a dump and they cater to a specific type of crowd so if you care about getting bug bites and seeing roaches run everywhere you better run for the hills. The staff is AWFUL. They only have two female housekeepers who clean the rooms. I'm coming from a person who use to be a housekeepers the sheets seemed to be tucked and not changed from the people who previously stayed there, food was left in the fridge, they don't have a maintenance man my toilet broke the guest down the hall his pipe burst in his bathroom so his room was flooded. My uber was late picking me up on the day of checkout and I was told that I could get a late checkout since I had a horrible experience with my stay then an assistant manager who lives at the property said I would have to pay Money.... I told her I need to be refunded and given an apology hell Animals in the wild lived better than me in this dump. The workers said that the building is falling apart so what they do during the inspection is that they have dummy rooms that they show home office officials so they can pass inspection I wish these inspectors would get a clue and inspect the occupied rooms as well bcuz this is absolutely ridiculous!
DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. You can hear every move anybody makes near your room. So loud! Bathtub was disgusting. Beds were not comfortable. The person below me literally started banging on my floor (his ceiling) I guess because he could hear me walking? I am not a loud walker. I do not stomp by any means. RUDE! I reserved a specific room, was given something completely different once I arrived. What’s the point in reserving? And LAST BUT NOT LEAST, my card was charged $104. When the total price of my room was only $79 after taxes and all FOR ONE NIGHT. WTH?? And I have YET to get ANYONE to answer the phone down there to tell me why the heck they took out an additional $20+. THIEVES!
Stayed here over a month. Kids fount friends and we had no problems.
I am not sure where to begin except to say unless you have no sanitary standard, stay clear of this kennel club hotel. Maybe dog owners might be fine to stay here but if you have a problem with feces and dirt, don’t bother checking into this place. There is no iron or ironing board, it must be checked out from the office and returned once you finish as there are only three irons and ironing boards to be shared amongst the entire hotel. There is no cleaning of this hotel. There was feces in the stairwell from the day I arrived until the day I left. There was Smoking throughout . No cap on dog sizes not any rules stipulating that dogs can only be on the first floor. There were huge dogs everywhere. You have to strip your bed weekly and take your bed clothing down for exchange as well as towels. The outside is updated but the inside is so outdated until I can’t even date the year it is set in.
First off for a non-smoking floor, it is pretty foggy and someone is cooking over an open flame. Rooms not bad typical low quality hotel. When I, was there my room came clean and all sheets and towels were clean as well. Internet was down for 3 days, but was fixed. First night major leak in bathroom from tenant above me, they moved me to a new room. Check in process was a breeze, will update on check out. The hotel seemed to me to have a mix of people. However my gut told me to keep my head on a swivel.
