If I could give them a zero I would after tonight. I never even leave reviews so I hope that tells you all something. I use to eat here at least once a week but after tonight this Dominos will never see another dime from me. First of all I ordered my pizza like I normally do and asked for delivery (Please keep in mind that it is Midnight, I just got off work and I’m super tired.) Anyways, Not only does the girl tell me my name but then she verifys my address. Which is normal since I order here all the time. She then charges my card and tells me my food will be here in 20-30 minutes. That really surprised me because they’re never that fast but hey I wasn’t going to complain. However, 3 minutes later I get a call back and was informed they don’t deliver to me, which is a load of bull because I get delivery all the time, if not then how did you have my name and address when I called? She then says that they are going to refund me. I check my bank and didn’t see it come back, so I then call them and listen to there greeting for 10 minutes before I decided to just get in my car and drive there. I stayed on the phone the entire time till I got there which was an additional 8 minutes, just to see why it was taken so long for them to answer the phone. By my surprise when I get there, there is only one car in the drive thru and that was it. So why were they not ANSWERING THE PHONE? When I asked the manager when I got to the window he didn’t have an explanation. Stated he didn’t even see where I ordered my food, then when I showed him my bank account he miraculously found my receipt, and told me it was voided and I’ll see it come back within 2-3 business days. I sure am happy that I am not a college student on a budget because that was just unacceptable. Not only did I not get any pizza but I also didn’t get my refund. So now I’ll be sitting and hoping for a refund for food that I wasn’t even supposed to be able to purchase days later. I apologize about the rant, but at 12’ o’clock in the morning when you are hungry and tired and treated this way when you have given so much money to a particular store is just ridiculous.
My experience was fine but I ordered a large 3 toppings pizza( chicken, mushroom and black olives)
They don’t know how to answer the phone at all... This problem happens more often than not. At this current moment I’ve been waiting for someone to answer my call for 30mins... I’d have better luck getting all of my ex girlfriends to answer their phone
I had only 4 small pieces of chicken on the pizza and barely any cheese.
This store has an awesome crew. My pizza is always yummy, and they never mess up an order. WAY BETTER THAN PAPA J
