We ordernour pizza around 8pm its about to be 10 i called the store and said that it was out for delivery then again that he doesnt see my order
We ordered a large pizza & salad. It took almost 2 hours to get pizza. When driver arrived, he had left our salad at the store & our pizza was cold. When I called to complain they gave me a credit for a large pizza & salad for me to use the next time we order from them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
Jets is my favorite pizza, but this location is very hit or miss on the quality. I get the same pizza every time: small deep dish, extra sauce, light cheese, bold/spicy pepperoni with extra. Some nights my pizza is amazing and exactly how I request. Other nights, it's not. I order at least once a week. I understand that sometimes things won't be perfect, we are all human and make mistakes. And I have worked in restaurants, so I empathize with the employees. I know sometimes it's a really rough job. But with all that said.. if a customer pays for an extra or side item then you need to make sure it's there. I don't like wasting my dollars! The last pizza I ordered had about three to five pieces of pepperoni per slice (not the first time either). Yes, I get a small pizza, but the spicy pepperoni are small. It was also lacking extra sauce, and had too much cheese (also not the first time). I can't eat that much cheese because it makes me feel sick, which is why I ask for light cheese.. I will say the employees are all mostly extremely nice. Other than ONE who I met when I picked up my last order; he didn't look at me once when I was in, didn't ask me how I was doing, or even say anything to me when I left. Like I said, I know some nights are probably hard but dude - don't treat customers who did nothing to you in a rude manner. I usually tip $5 too, FOR CARRYOUT (on deliveries I tip $10!), but I definitely didn't on my last pizza order because the guy was rude and pizza lackluster, and I may not do it much anymore if certain things don't improve.
We used the credit & it has once again taken over 2 hours to get our food. When I had originally placed the order it was 45 minutes to an hour wait time. Called to complain again & the worker said that the driver left with multiple orders. And it’s going to take ANOTHER 30 minutes.
