Fast, friendly, courteous staff. Always fresh and hot food. Our pizza was about 10 minutes behind schedule and the comped us a free pizza. They know how to keep customers.
Food was beautifully prepared and delivered with a smile and friendly report. Who could ask for more?
I like Pizza Hut pizza and wondered why I rarely ever go there... then I go in today and the person at the register was a complete jerk. I didn't hear the price of the pizza and asked him how much it was again and the look he gave me was ridiculous, sorry not everyone in the world has perfect hearing.
Why, if I walk in there to pick up boneless hot wings and ask for extra sauce, would the response be anything other than "no problem sir, I will take care of that right away"? Not a stupid look. Not an explanation that there really is enough sauce on them. Just give me the extra hot sauce. What has happened to customer service these days?
Will gladly take my business to a different pizza place and never go back.
We ordered the pizza online AND called up to the store. We asked for the pizza to be cut Chicago style. This request was also made in the "Special Directions" area, online. Finally, the woman we spoke with at the store acknowledged that she has seen the instructions to "cut in squares," but this was STILL not done. We ended up sending the pizza back to be redone.
Top notch as always. Staff is courteous, professional, and swift in service.
