I gotta say, this is one of the best Taco Bells in Murfreesboro. They are on a very busy corner and often have a line wrapped around the building. I would be really stressed out if I worked here, but they have managed to hold it down for a LONG time. I've gone here since childhood in the early 90s, and few other places are still around in this area that were here in that time period. Says a lot about a place. Don't let one bad experience throw you off; chances are your next 5 will be perfect.
I was very displeased with the customer service her name was Keisha S. She was very rude not friendly at all! I gave her like $3 in change and the rest was dollar bills when the change fell out of her hand she let out a big sigh and I said I'm sorry let me pick that up she didn't say nothing at all I tried to pick it up I couldn't open my door enough to bend down and grab the change. when she gave me my receipt I said I am sorry I couldn't open my car door enough to get the change she looked at me so rude and then just shut the window on me didn't say oh it's okay don't worry about it like any other person would. She did not say thank you have a nice day or anything to me she just handed me my food and shut the window. This is the closest Taco Bell to my house so I come here often I have never been treated with such disrespect since I've been coming here!! Keisha S. Is not a very nice employee I would not want her working in my restaurant she would be fired for treating my customers the way she treated me.
Ok, so it happens orders get messed up, but they were very kind and fixed the order with cinnamon twist to top it off!! Thanks Guys i know the fast food industry can be very hard work. You guys don't get enough credit!!!
The new franchise owner raised the prices so the cravings deal box is $6 now. Literally unplayable
