Just started with the company seems to be a great company to work for great pay great benefits

Real good run I have, Just have a lot of trouble out Truck which is fairly new and sometimes no rest when I have trouble with truck Like today again no A/C in new truck to many Hours UP and no sleep.

Well anyway good benefits and pay.

My husband worked for this company for 3 months. He worked for alot of hours and did not get paid the hours he worked. If this company makes all this money why dont they pay their drivers the way they are suppose to. He had a route from Pearl, Ms to Mobile, AL. It was a 14 hour run only got paid for 10 of those hours. He told his dispatcher ab out it she always said she would get in touch with their contractor. She never got back with him. They never liked to talk to him on the phone. They would switch from one person to the other. He no longer works for them. why work for someone that wont pay you right. They need to be turned in for this.

Good pay good benefits. However they did not train my husband they handed him keys and said drive. Literally no training on anything else rules paperwork books. My husband had a flat on the weekend they have what's called a 5500 from the post office if the order is late tracie mccormick trucking gets fined well since the truck stop did not have tire repair till later in the morning my husband called the dispatcher and he said can you drive it back my husband said ok apparently my husband should have waited for repair but he did what the dispatcher said and he got wrote up? The supervisor said she would remove the write up since it was proven the dispatcher told him to drive it was not removed. My husband went to the supervisor several times sometimes I went too he was often wrote up for things he didn't know if you drive for this company ask for proper training I don't know how they are still in business No ONE COMMUNICATES THE RULES.Don't ask the dispatcher or other drivers they will steer you wrong. The HR lady is the only one who seems to know anything? He would have stayed if he knew the rules he wouldn't have broken them. This company needs to hire someone to train the drivers so this doesn't happen again to another family.Don't get me wrong they hand you paperwork that you are to read but somethings apply to certain routes and not to others very confusing. For instance strapping his route the post office loads the load not him but he's responsible some how don't know how he's showed me pictures it's completely packed he can't be responsible for their strapping job? DRIVER BE WARE.
