Carlos and Jack were amazing. They called to let me know when they would be there and showed up as planned. They assesed what was to be moved and got right to work. They were both Jenga masters! It amazed me that all of our things fit into that space. They kept me informed and were very respectful of me and my belongings. They worked non stop for 4 1/2 hours. They were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
Absolutely the best crew, efficient, considerate, and well that's what happened 5 months ago. Last week I chose to use them again, Generally, they did their job WHEN THEY WEREN'T ON THEIR PHONES!!!!! There was a mix up on the dates and I accept the responsibility for not getting a confirmation on the new date. It gave me time to move and install our appliances myself. Therefore they moved less, and it cost more, like I said, KEEP OFF THE PHONE!!! A mirror in an antique frame broke, I guess I'm fortunate it was only the mirror, and not the frame. We tried to claim the damage, but they insist on going through the web site. It would help if "Please type this phrase" wasn't stuck in a loop. No matter how many times you try, it won't send the message. Which means, they will not accept the damage claim.
I recently hired Murfreesboro Movers to load the contents of our 3 bedroom house into two moving containers.
Very poor customer service! My first contact was through the website. The second was a message on Facebook. I then sent another message on Facebook asking if anyone would return my message. The fourth time, i called the phone number and received the call center who wasn’t even paying attention. I called a second time later that day and was hung up on. I never received a phone call or message in return. I had heard good things but they clearly did not want my business. If for some reason they were unable to accommodate my move, i would have preferred to receive a phone call back to be notified.
Don't forget to tip your movers. They work so hard and it is a job that a lot of us could not do.
It is a lie they don't have insurance. And if you get Daniel he will be on the phone while he his moving your Stuff, or hiding in the truck on the phone. And they want cash for the payment cause Daniel is a illegal. So feel free to call imagration on him. And if they break something be sure Daniel is in the truck fixing it with glue or nails and won't tell you.
