Bill, the manager was rude and said he wasn't going to do anything and I could call 1800UHaul. Then hung up on me. I will never use or recommend U Haul to any business or friend.
Was charged a $25. cleaning fee. Even after I was told by manager that homeless people sleep in the back of trucks and leave them dirty. I returned the truck in 2 hrs with twice the fuel I picked it up with and only used 11 miles of the 25 miles I paid for but, want to say I returned it dirty.
As a Restaurant/Catering company we use this location every weekend, sometimes for multiple vehicles. Always get great service from the entire crew.
Review is for a hitch install. I made the reservation online and pre-paid for the hardware. I arrived a few minutes after my scheduled time and ~45 minutes later I received a text message that the car is ready. Everything was smooth and I had no issues. Thanks Travis!
The lady with red hair and glasses was very rude she’s the lady in the pictures on the page and they tried to say I owed them $135 and I had never rented from them. You have to be kidding. So she says I refuse to rent to you, like really? I go to another location and they said they get a lot of customers that come from there saying she’s rude! Go to the dentist and get them teeth fixed and maybe your attitude will be better then!!
Each person was a joke thr manager was a joke they refused to let me get my trailer i reserved as well as done the quick check in when i got their 10 min before they closed they were still open said if i wanted one id have to get a truck and pay milage as well. They did not care when i called customer service the gm of the store did not care either she said sorry cant help you all assholes
