They've been the major Uhaul in the Boro for a long time. We have rented from them six times in ten years and never had an issue. Good selection of boxes. They ak2so have free used boxes inside and storage units for rent.

Worst service ever. Computers were down when I arrived to pick up my reserved truck, and pre-paid merchandise. After 45 minutes, I had to drive home get $100 cash to rent the truck and print a copy of my receipt to get the pre-paid merchandise. I drove exactly 7.6 miles and dropped the truck off an hour later. They told me to come back to get my money when their computers were up. Seriously? You cant use a calculator? Enter it in the system later. I have nothing better to do...then to drive back to your facility a third time!!! For an hour truck rental! Their system was back up by 2 p.m., and they never bothered to call me to say i could come get the $50 they owed me. My husband went to pick up the money this morning (the next day) and they overcharged me!. They charged me for 10 miles at .99/mile. I drove 8 miles and the price for a 10' truck is ,79/mile. Worst service ever! I will NEVER use uhaul again
