James was very pleasant when he arrived and introduced himself. He took his time performing his task on our heating system. Advised us of his finding when he completed inspection . Appeared to be a little misunderstanding. Office called me and said Tech was be coming early by 8:30 yet he showed up his original scheduled time. No problem, just making everyone aware. I was going out to pick up breakfast but stopped when I got the call. I would recommend James M. to anyone that wants a professional tech.
Great service today provided by tech Dana K., friendly and helpful. Also overall the interactions with sales and other service techs has been excellent. We had a heat/air unit replaced last year and have both units serviced semi-annually. Very pleased.

Just had service done to my heat pump. Called Roscoe Brown this morning and within an hour they had Darren out to my house. Darren was very professional and friendly. Knew what he was doing and in no time had me up and running again. Looked everything over while he was here and suggested a springtime maintenance.
