I will never trust anyone else with my septic system again. Mr. LeMay is outstanding. He was professional from the time I called him at 6:30 am until he arrived (on time) at 2:30. He took his time to ensure that everything was in working order. He explained every step of the process and answer all thousand questions that I had. This is my first house with a septic system, and when my tub would not drain and water backed up under the toilet I figured it was the septic tank. I called Shamrock and they came out later that afternoon. I had no idea where the septic tank or lid was and figured I was in trouble. When Josh from Shamrock arrived he looked at the house and found the tank in about 5 minutes, dug down 2” and found the lid with handles. He said the septic system looked good and probably did not need pumping. He got a pipe snake out of his truck and snaked the pipe coming from the house, he found a clog (soap and a toy army man) and cleared it, no more slow drains. I had him pump the tank as I had no idea when it was last pumped, and he charged me only for pumping the tank, same price he quoted me on the phone. I highly recommend Josh and Shamrock Septic Service, it’s rare these days to find a fair and honest tradesman.
