The food and the service was great. The Mac and cheese not so much but that is hit and miss depending on what's selling.
A little bit pricey for fast food. But in my opinion, the taste of the food is well worth it.

The service was crappy and the food was horrible. They forgot to give us parts of our meal and when we brought it back to tell them, they laughed at us.
On December 16,2017 we came to the NW Broad St. location and found a long line and only 3 employees. Took 45 mins. to get our food wasn’t correct. But Mrs. Lynn Batey did everything to correct it and make everyone happy. She was doing the best she could with what she had. But there should have been enough employees there to have not been that way on a Saturday. A lot of people walked out cause of the situation.
