Nice place. It wasn't real busy when we were there so we were able to talk, watch tv and the food was good. Waiter was polite and helpful.
Always a pleasure visiting Chili's on NW Broad. As usual, our waitress Allie was on her game and never left us waiting for anything! I would recommend this Chili's location to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.
This was the absolute worst place I have ever ate. Not only was the service awful but the manager there too was not professional at all. Went to eat with my sister tonight and our mother just passed. We wanted and appetizer and a few drinks. I asked him when happy hour was and he had no idea. And then took about ten minutes to get back with us about happy hour that does not exist at Chili's I assume. So then I would not see him in 20 minutes, I went to bar trying to charge my cell but no bartender and looked around and no waiter, waitress or hostess. Finally found a manager and asked him if I could charge my phone. He proceeded to tell me there was no plugs in the entire restraunt. So when I pointed on out he said it was to close to the bar it would get wet sorry. Then I didn't argue I just reminded myself I would never come there again. But then the service again was awful. Please do not waste you money. The food is awful and I promise the service will piss you off. I will never eat at a Chili's again. Sorry. They all need to be fired and that place shut down.
Have been here a few times and haven't had a problem yet. The staff are friendly and very knowledgable. If an issue has arose it is generally with the kitchen, but the server got it fixed fast and right. Great atmosphere for any family or occasion.
