Tortilla chips were not fresh, queso tasted chalky. Definitely different than the one other time I've eaten at Chipotle. For some reason, my daughter loves this joint, but I dont think I'll be back. The place was full of workers with only one guy working the line, which made the process slow and a massive line form. Finally, one female worker popped up to run the cash register. The rest of our food order was adequate, but the bill for 2 bowls, queso and water to drink was $25, not including tip. That money would have bought a lot higher quality food in many other restaurants in the Boro. Disappointing.

I ordered chipotle online and was supposed to pick it up at 6:15. There was a terrible accident on the interstate blocking all lanes and I was forced to sit in the back up for 45 minutes. When I called to let me know, the girl who answered the phone was so nice. She said she literally had the phone in her hand to call me and make sure I was okay. She told me to call when I was closer and they would remake my order so it was warm. When I finally got close enough to call, the same girl answered and already knew it was me without me saying anything. I was super impressed. When I got there to pick it up, I had a conversation with her and another girl working in the back about the accident (apparently she had got stuck in it too) and they were just so friendly and personable and it was awesome!! I'll definitely be going back just because of the staff.

Decent fast food. We prefer this Mexican quick service over the other local places. Not a fan of the cheese sauce the recently added, but this is just my preference. The staff is always kind and helpful.
