When we are in Murfressboro doing some shopping we always stop here. Food is consistently fresh and hot every time we stop!
The staff were very nice, and since I was asked to do a survey I did one while sitting at the window waiting. I should have waited until I got home to write one, ordered and paid for a three peice spicy and definitely got two pieces. Paid for a medium Mac and cheese and just noticed I got a small. Requested at least one wing and didn't get one!!!! What the heck? Nice personalities, terrible attention to detail. RIP OFF!
This is probably the most poorly run fast food place I've ever visited. Ever. Really, really bad service. The drive thru is slow beyond belief. The staff are rude. Not just mildly rude, but their attitude tells you that they don't want to deal with you. If you want more than 3 pieces, you can expect a 30 minute wait along with more attitude. It's just bad. Really, really bad.

I grew up in Louisiana with Church's. I really want to make this place work, but wow. They're really making it impossible for me. I've visited several times using both the drive thru and inside. Each time I tried to say the next time would be better. It's only getting worse.
Good service, and my favorite all-tjme chicken. Don't have this in KY, so I made sure I took this opportunity.
