We had our Christmas party in the Heritage room and everything was great. The food was delicious and hot and the servers were always there when we needed something. Our employees loved it . Chef Jeff was easy to work with and the night was a great success. Thanks again. T.H.

Food is delicious, service is extremely lacking. Terribly slow & drinks were meh. Flavors of food is the only saving Grace... Think a catered event would be better than eating there...
Definitely not the place for groups. I was at a work Christmas party and everyone got a menu of limited options which is understandable because there were many of us and to cook an order for each individual would be too much. Anyway, the food was okay and the place looks nice, but I wouldn't recommend groups larger than family
This was our 10th wedding anniversary dinner and we made reservation at this locations. When we arrived and walked in, there was no one at the door to great us. Someone from the bar walked to the front and said sit anywhere you want. We sat down at a table then 5 minutes later he came up and asked us what we wanted to drink. We haven't even seen a menu at this point so I asked to see one. I order a water and my husband order a drink. He brought over my water and he did not have my husbands drink so I decided to ordered a drink as well. He left and said he would give us a few minutes to look over the menu. We sat there for 15 minutes when I notice that he was the bartender because he was waiting on people at the bar, making their drinks and talking with them. We were so aggravated at the situation that we left because we sat there for 30 minutes and all we got was a glass of water.
Would not recommend. If you choose to reserve a room here and get the food catered, make sure you have some agreement in writing or things firmly agreed to. We were unexpectedly charged $40 for 4 table cloths, for example. We were charged a gratuity fee, which was understandable, but had to go find someone anytime I needed a drink or anything. We were told the $150 room reservation fee would count towards the catered food cost, but "must have misunderstood" once the bill was due. We paid over $600 for a bowl of macaroni salad, a tray of caprese salad, a tray of meatballs and a plate of brisket sliders. The macaroni salad was good, the rest okay, but definitely not worth the cost.
