Very nice and clean store. My food is always hot when it is served and of course the Ice cream is always Awesome after a nice hot meal. Plus friendly staff no matter what time of day. Who doesn't love hot food and I've cream. Family Friendly Atmosphere.
Food is great but sometimes the staff isn't as friendly as other places, but they also aren't rude or anything. I just feel you can sometimes come across a staff member in the drive thru that can't hide their displeasure with having to be at work. Apart from that I enjoy the food and the speed of service.
Friendly management and good prices
We like Cason Lane DQ because the managers and Miss Patricia (the cashier/front counter) has always been helpful and friendly. Once we had an issue with a child that was in our care and she fell against the wall in the restroom and one of the managers got us an ice pack right away and the whole time we were eating lunch she continued to come to our table to make she the lil' girl was okay. Most managers,check once or twice and leave it alone after that. I was,truly grateful toward the,manager for,caring so much.
