The service was good and the food was scorching hot and fresh out of the oven biscuits, and at the time of my visit which was a to-go order $20 fill up @8:35pm on Saturday. The store was clean and employees where friendly, the only thing I was not crazy about was the person that poured bucket of soapy water on the floor behind the the lady at the register and started cleaning it with a bristle brush creating a slippery surface / safety hazard
Cookies were hard as rocks, the biscuits were hard, the coleslaw was nasty
OK food, not worth the money. The chicken was greasy and everything appeared dried out like it had sat for a while
Went in to eat. Met the general manager. Awesome guy. So friendly, was very conscious of the quality he was putting out. Stop in and check it out

Decided to try the new updated KFC on old fort. Drove up and noticed a nice clean restaurant. As we walked through the door, I noticed the buffet was closed. Not a big deal but I thought it was early. As I ordered, the kid said "we are closing the dining room in twenty minutes". I assumed the dining room closed earlier than the restaurant. We ordered our food and went to sit. We couldn't get out drinks as they shut down the soda machine so they put a little ice in the cup and filled out up. After getting our food, they had missed my side order, along with asking if we wanted butter and honey. I watched the staff laughing, throwing stuff around, and asking who was going to take what item home free. They grabbed mashed potatoes and other items to "steal" for themselves. After we finished, while being watched the whole time, we walked out the door. I saw the hours on the door clearly said dining room hours until 10:00 pm. These kids are so lazy, did not want to help in any way, couldn't get a simple order correct and just wanted to go home. Don't go here later, they don't care about customer service at all.
Cashiers took 10+ minutes to come t the counter, and all food f the fill u u box is pretty cooked and sat in a warmer...nasty
