Small portions, overpriced for the amount of food received. It was very tasty, just bad value. I would not return. I ordered the lime chicken and it was excellent but I could have eaten 2 of them. We also ordered the hamburger steak with fries. I seriously could not see the meat for the fries covering it. When uncovered, I swear it was smaller than a fast food burger patty. Truly disappointed. The atmosphere was nice. The live music was nice. Service staff was above average. They were attentive and nice. I tried a specialty drink and was not impressed with it either. They offered to replace it but it was tolerable so I declined. We didn't want to be complainers. We were out of town travelers but the menu sounded great online. I just wish we had not had to go somewhere else to eat after spending $53 with tip for 2 entrees, a drink and soda..
Great food and friendly staff! This place is very clean too, it feels brand new. I had the BBQ burger and the rest of my party had the hot chicken. The burger was top notch, and my party all said it was good hot chicken, but not the best they've had, a bit sweet. The heat was a good level though, not too much but a good bit of kick. I would go back if I'm in the area again!
The food here is amazing! My friend and I had the reuben fritters as our appetizer, and we both got a burger and fries. Love that they give us a big loaf of bread to share, the atmosphere was comfortable and lively, and it was very clean. The food was DELICIOUS: we were worried about the fritters having sauerkraut, but it was actually really good! We had asked to take out the sauerkraut, but the waiter explained that the fritters were made with the sauerkraut already infused--I was super impressed he knew how the food is prepared! I had the burger with panko encrusted blue cheese, and it was to die for! Hot, creamy, medium/well burger, and great portion size for the price! The only reason I'm taking one star off is because I could taste that the water was from the tap--it had that icky metal taste (I'm not above tap water, I drink it, and I worked at a restaurant that used tap water as well; however, they had a filtration system that got rid of that metal taste, and it was a small family-owned business. If they could spring for the system, a private chain certainly could as well). Also, our waiter kept coming to our table several times, almost as if he was rushing us. We were there for about 45-55 minutes: 20 minutes to wait on food, 25-35 to eat the whole meal. It was a busy night, so it's not like he was losing out on any tip money, but it slightly ruined the experience. Overrall, I would still recommend the place and will be visiting in the future! Not your traditional steak house. LoL! An amazing array of sides and Steak's worthy of high praise. My wife and I often choose PD's as an always delivers never disappoints. We love this place.
Very interesting new wave American cuisine. Sometimes a little on the too creative side but they have very good food. Best brunch food in town
